Product Description

This system is suitable for continuous reaction of gas-liquid phase materials under high temperature and high pressure. It is mainly used in the exploration test of POP process conditions.

Basic process: two ports are provided for gases. One port is nitrogen for safety purge; the other is air as power source of pneumatic valve.

The liquid material is accurately metered by an electronic scale and fed into the system by a constant flux pump.

The material react firstly in the stirred tank reactor under the user-set temperature and pressure, then is discharged to the tubular reactor for further reaction. The product after reaction is condensed in a condenser and collected for offline analysis.

Operating characteristics: The pressure stabilization of the system is realized by the cooperation of the gas pressure control valve and the pneumatic pressure control valve at the outlet of reactor. The temperature is controlled by PID temperature control method. The whole set of equipment could be controlled by the field control cabinet as well as the remote industrial computer. The data could be recorded and curves could be used for calculation and analysis. 

What’s main technical indicator for POP Pilot Plant?

Reaction pressure: 0.6Mpa; (MAX).
Design pressure: 0.8MPa.
Stirred reactor temperature control range: 170℃(MAX), temperature control accuracy: ±0.5℃.
Tube reactor temperature control range: 160 ℃ (MAX), temperature control accuracy: ±0.5℃.
The normal operating flow of the metering pump is 200-1200g/h.

Alarm process conditions:
1. Alarm when the experimental operating temperature is ≤85℃.
2. Alarm when the experimental operating temperature is ≥170℃.
3. Alarm when the experimental operating pressure is ≥0.55MPa.
