This device is used for the continuous reaction of PX oxidation, and can be used for the simulation test research of the tower type and the kettle type in industrial production. The device can ensure the continuous feeding of raw materials and the continuous discharging of products, and meet the requirements of continuous experiments.
The device adopts the modular design concept, and all the equipment and pipelines in the device are arranged in the frame range. It includes three parts: feeding unit, oxidation reaction unit, and separation unit. Using advanced control technology, it can meet the special requirements of complex reaction system, high temperature and high pressure, explosiveness, strong corrosion, multiple constraint conditions, complicated relationships, and difficult control and optimization that are unique to PTA production. Various instruments and online analytical instruments have high accuracy and sensitivity, and meet the requirements of less error in the experiment. The layout of various process pipelines in the device is reasonable and easy to operate.
The equipment and pipes, valves, sensors and pumps in the device are made of special materials such as titanium TA2, Hc276, PTFE, etc., which solves the problem of strong corrosiveness of the process medium acetic acid.
Equipped with PLC control system, industrial computer and control software. The whole set of equipment is automated and refined, which is a safe and efficient experimental platform.
What’s the precaution for Pilot Reactor for PX Oxidation continuous experiment?
1. Please read the manual and the instructions for use of each main component in detail before using it for the first time, and understand the precautions.
2. Before the formal operation, please purge the pipeline with nitrogen.
3. The air tightness of the system must be checked before each feeding.
4. After the air tightness check is completed, check the electrical control circuit to ensure it is in good condition.
5. After power-on, check the working conditions of the various instruments in the on-site control cabinet to see if the display is normal; whether the software is working and the display is normal.
6. Make sure that the above checks are correct before putting it into use. Disassembly under pressure is strictly prohibited during or at the end of work!
7. The control cabinet is equipped with a power supply according to the specified voltage. Do not perform wiring work during power transmission to prevent electric shock!
8. When the control cabinet is powered on, even if the heating and stirring switches are not turned on, the output terminals are still live. It is not allowed to pull or touch any plugs during operation!
9. When the device is out of service for a long time, the inside and outside should be cleaned and wiped without water and other materials, and stored in a clean, dry and non-corrosive place.
