The Homogeneous Reactor is used on reaction test for the same group of media under different conditions or the different group of media under same conditions.

The homogeneous reactor is composed of cabinet body, rotating parts, heater and controller. The cabinet body is made of stainless steel. The rotating system consists of motor gear box and rotary support. The control system mainly controls the cabinet temperature and rotating speed. The homogeneous reactor used multiple hydrothermal synthesis reactor vessels to test the same group of media under different conditions or the different group of media under same conditions. Due to the rotating shaft, the medium in the reactor vessel is fully stirred, so the reaction speed is fast and reaction is fully and thoroughly, which is better than the simple thermostatic effect. The casing on the stirring rod is equipped with a retainer ring (according to the size of the reaction vessel), can be fixed micro reaction vessel 6,8,10,12, at the same time, can be customized according to user requirements. In general, the cabinet body size is 400*400*450mm, and the inside of the cabinet can be filled with 8 pieces 100ML reactor vessel. The specific size is subject to the customer’s demand.
